Your questions
How do I reserve a work?
From its page, add it to your selection, then open “My selection” and reserve. You can reserve several works at once. A reservation costs nothing and commits you to nothing: the work is set aside for you.
How long is the work held for me?
For the period shown when you reserve. Within that period, Nassera writes to confirm the total price, shipping included, and how to pay.
How does payment work?
Only after confirmation: by card, on Stripe's secure page (your card details never pass through this website), by bank transfer, or in person at handover. You receive a receipt as soon as payment arrives.
How much is shipping? Do you ship abroad?
Costs depend on the size of the work and the destination; they are confirmed to you before any payment. Works are shipped in France and abroad, carefully packed, with a tracking number. Outside the European Union, import taxes may be charged on receipt.
Can I collect the work?
Yes, when hand delivery is offered at the time of reserving: there are then no shipping costs.
Does the work come with a certificate?
Yes: every work sold comes with a signed certificate of authenticity, which you will find on your “Track my reservation” page.
What if I change my mind?
You have fourteen days after receiving the work to withdraw from your purchase, without giving any reason, from the Withdraw from the contract here page. Everything is set out in the terms of sale.
Is the work framed?
Its page says so. The “see it framed” preview is an illustration to help you picture the work at home: the frames shown are not sold on this website.
How should I look after the work?
Hang it away from direct sunlight and humidity. A charcoal or red chalk drawing is best protected under glass.
A work made for you?
Nassera also creates commissioned works: see Commissions.
