Privacy
This website collects as little data as possible, and only to answer you and sell you a work. Data controller: [to be completed], leguern.nassera@gmail.com.
What is collected, and why
- A reservation or purchase: name, email, phone, delivery address, message. To process the sale (performance of the contract), then for accounting obligations (invoices).
- An enquiry (“enquire about this work”, contact): name, email, phone, message. To answer you.
- “Be notified of new works”: your email, after confirmation through a link (double opt-in). To write to you about each new work; every message contains a one-click unsubscribe link.
- “Notify me” (reserved work): your email, for a single message if the work becomes available again.
How long
- Invoices and accounting records: ten years (legal obligation).
- Reservations that did not go ahead: contact details are erased after one year.
- Enquiries and messages: three years at most after receipt.
- New works subscription: until you unsubscribe; an unconfirmed sign-up is erased after seven days.
- “Notify me”: until the message is sent, and one year at most.
Who has access
The artist only, and the technical providers that run the website, each for its own task: Cloudflare (hosting of the website and data), Resend (sending emails), Stripe (card payment, on its own pages). Some are based in the United States; transfers are covered by the safeguards provided for by the European regulation (standard contractual clauses, EU–US Data Privacy Framework). Nothing is sold or shared.
No tracking
This website uses no advertising, no audience measurement and no tracking cookies: hence no cookie banner. Your selection of works is kept on your device only (browser local storage); it is never sent unless you reserve.
Your rights
You may ask to access, correct or erase your data, object to its use or receive a copy, by writing to leguern.nassera@gmail.com. If you believe your rights are not respected, you may contact the CNIL, the French data protection authority (cnil.fr).
