Shipping costs

They depend on the size of the work and the destination. You never pay them blindly: the artist confirms them by email, after your reservation and before any payment.

Packing and shipping

Each work is carefully packed, protected for the journey, and shipped with a tracking number, in France and abroad. You are notified by email as soon as it ships, with the tracking link. [TO BE COMPLETED: carriers, usual delivery times, insurance.]

Hand delivery

If offered, you can choose to collect the work, with no shipping costs: the place and time are arranged with the artist.

On receipt

Open the parcel in front of the courier if possible. If the packaging or the work is damaged, note it on the carrier's delivery slip, take photographs and write to the artist: leguern.nassera@gmail.com. The work travels at the artist's risk until you receive it.

Changing your mind

You have fourteen days after receipt to withdraw, from the “Withdraw from the contract here” page: everything is explained in the terms and conditions of sale (article 7).

Outside the European Union

Import duties and taxes may be charged by the destination country on receipt; they are payable by the buyer.
